GenUrb Members, Elsa Koleth (PDF, York University) and Linda Peake (PI, York University) participated in two sessions on "A feminist urban theory for troubled time" at the "Feminist Geographies 2018 Pre-Conference - in/during Troubled Times: Dialogues, Interventions, and Praxis", held in Montreal, QC in August 2018. Topics included food security, water justice, de-colonial politics in Latinx organizing, and spatial policing of sexuality.
